Les orientations du GT Santé / Aims of the Health Sciences and Medicine SIG

Le Groupe de Travail Santé, créé en 1995, réunit, deux fois par an, des enseignants d'anglais de spécialité de facultés de médecine, de pharmacie et d'odontologie. Il s'intéresse à l'harmonisation de l'enseignement de l'anglais de spécialité lié aux professions de la santé, au choix de documents pédagogiques spécialisés et à la recherche (discours scientifique, FASP).

The Health Sciences and Medicine SIG was created in 1995. Members of the group are ESP teachers in schools of medicine, pharmacology and odontology. Their interests cover syllabus design and development for students in the health professions, specialised materials preparation and research into scientific discourse. Over the past few years, SIG members have been working on a theme-based project put together in collaboration with the National Association of Medical Students in France.
